We are happy to announce that we have returned to normal (aka, pre-COVID) operations. We continue to offer pre-packaged communion for those who may still want to restrict hand-to-hand exposure by communion plates being passed. Otherwise, we have lifted restrictions on families sitting together with separation between family units.
We will continue to monitor state and county guidelines; however, as of now, all restrictions have been lifted.
Come worship with us!!

We are happy to announce that we will be reopening the church for weekend services. We will ensure that we are safely meeting by following all social distancing guidelines. We ask for your patience as we work to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.
We are asking that all families sit together. Ushers will be seating all attendees to ensure that we are putting enough distance between everyone. We will also be implementing contactless communion and offering, as well as shortening our services to minimize any chance of exposure.
We encourage everyone to wear facemasks, gloves, or any other personal protection to maximize your worship experience.
Saturday service will meet at 6:30p. Sunday service will meet at 10:30a. We will not be having Coffee and Conversations during these worship services. Nursery will be available.
We will also be utilizing the Fellowship Hall for any overflow. A large screen TV will air what’s happening in the sanctuary in real-time.
At this time, we will not be having Wednesday Night Meals or Bible Studies (to include Awana). We will keep you updated on our plans to start this back up in the near future.
We look forward to seeing you back @ WHCC!

These are trying times, but God is still in heaven and we are trusting Him. Our leaders met regarding the President’s request of “social distancing” in groups of 10 or less. So, we are calling off Bible studies for the next couple of weeks. We will reconsider in early April, and give notice in plenty of time.
Now, about meeting for worship. That was more difficult to figure out because we want to offer communion each week, no matter how hard. We have made the decision to not hold worship in person at the church property. Instead, we are asking members to open their homes to groups of 10 or less to watch the recorded services online. Post on our Facebook page if you’re interested in hosting a watch party.
We commit to having each weekend service recorded and posted to our website by 8:30p each Saturday. We will also be streaming our weekend services via Facebook Live each Saturday (times may vary). If you can’t watch the Facebook Live stream then you can always view it later. We will open the church facility each Saturday from 4:30p – 6:30p so folks can pick up communion.
Our leadership will determine in early April the timing around having services again at our facility. In the meantime, we encourage you to view/listen to our sermon archives by using the link below.
