Billy moved from Missouri to the Central Florida area in June of 2016 and married the love of his life, Renee, on February 25, 2017. Billy has two daughters, Brihannon in Kentucky and Echo in Kansas, as well as 2 stepsons, Austin in Georgia and Dalton in the home. Billy was formerly a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Barnett, Missouri, where he served there in many areas of ministries: substance abuse, teaching teens, driving the Wednesday night teen pickup van, and building and grounds up-keep. Billy is a graduate of Columbia College in Missouri with a BA in Psychology and a graduate of Lincoln University in Missouri with a Masters in Education, emphasis on Community Counseling. Billy served twenty years in the Army/Army National Guard. Billy became a member and joined the Steering Team at the beginning of WHCC. He and his wife, Renee, enjoy working with and helping in many of the ministries at WHCC.
