Acts 25:8 Then Paul made his defense: “I have done nothing wrong against the Jewish law or against the temple or against Caesar.”
Paul’s Trial Before Festus
Festus is already feeling the pressure from the Jewish leaders and wanting to keep the peace S________________ to Paul that the trial be held in Jerusalem.
Paul knows that any trial in a Jewish court is going to be rigged against him. One right of any Roman citizen is the right to A____________ any charges or convictions to Caesar himself, so Paul invokes this right.
Festus Consults King Agrippa
Festus seems genuinely puzzled as to why Paul is being persecuted and so involves King Agrippa hoping to gain I_________ as to what this is all about.
