Revelation Part 12

(Revelation chapters 21 & 22, Genesis 2:8-9, Genesis 3:22-24)

Revelation 21:1-2 Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. ² I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.

As we come to the final two chapters of Revelation, we see that the plan of God for redeeming the faithful and punishing the wicked has been fulfilled.  The rebellion of the angels who followed Satan and the people they corrupted is over, and they have all been thrown into the lake of fire.
